All existing books in BE intended for home loan can be requested by guardians and the local community. Just create a reader file on BE; to do so, go to a library. Alternatively, you can ask your son(...) to order the book you want.

Yes. The school libraries, the Municipal Library of Braga and the Lúcio Craveiro da Silva Library are part of a municipal network of libraries (RBB). All contribute to the existence of a collective catalogue. This means that resources can be managed in an integrated way, allowing libraries from the Maximinos School Group to borrow books from another library to make available to their users.

There is no penalty. While the Library is closed, students must keep their books. Returns will be made when the Library reopens.

Yes, this area can be used on a first-come, first-served basis, unless reserved by teachers in advance. Any activity involving sound requires the use of headphones (available for reservation at Esmax, in small numbers, so personal headphones must be brought).

The school library supports the functioning of curricular and training activities: promoting the development of reading, information and media literacy; providing resources and tools to support teaching activities; providing training and support in the use of digital resources and tools; guiding information search and resource selection; helping to carry out free activities in conjunction with teachers and families.

There are tutorials in APOIO AO ESTUDO; in RECURSOS, you find activities related with literary education (EDUCAÇÃO LITERÁRIA) and with inclusive education (Educação Inclusiva) audio and ebooks (livros para escutar, ebooks); access to digital libraries (BIBLIOTECAS DIGITAIS), newspapers and magazines (jornais e revistas), escape rooms (jogos de fuga educativos), movies (sites com filmes) and online visits to museums (visitas online a museus).
